Mr. Cai came with 19 year of experience in luxury hotel groups.  Before joining Jumeirah Nanjing, he has held key positions at Marriott and InterContinental hotel groups and possesses strong organizational, management, culinary innovative creation, and coordination skills in the realm of upscale hospitality and large-scale restaurant and banquet. Mr. Cai was born in Guangzhou and highly proficient in Cantonese cuisine. He brings a unique perspective to Cantonese cuisine, sourcing seasonal ingredients with innovating presentation, flavors, and aesthetics with modern curation of dishes. With an unwavering commitment to a “craftsman’s spirit” and a heartfelt dedication to culinary artistry, he aims to create an exquisite dining experience with his contemporary Cantonese cuisine.
