A native of Italy’s capital of pasta, Gragnano, Salvatore Elefante is a champion of local tradition and strong flavours. Thanks to several years of growth at L’Olivo (2 Michelin Stars) and Il Riccio, he took the lead of both, becoming Jumeirah Capri Palace’s Executive Chef, working closely with Executive Culinary Andrea Migliaccio.
