Born and raised in Indonesia, surrounded by aromatic flavours and a strong cooking heritage, Fetty Aryani is the Chef de Cuisine at The Noodle House. With over 15 years of experience, Chef Fetty brings the vibrant flavours of Asia to diners. Growing up with a family that loved to cook and share meals together, Chef Fetty gained a passion for the culinary arts at a young age. Chef Fetty started her career as a Commis 3 at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Jakarta, where she spent three valuable years. In 2014, she made the move to Qatar before arriving in Dubai in 2016. Here she took up several roles across the city, gaining experience and working her way up the ranks, at award-winning concepts. In 2023, Chef Fetty joined Jumeirah Restaurants as Chef De Cuisine at The Noodle House, where her mission is to continue delivering the highest quality and food consistency. She is committed to enhancing the culinary offering with her creativity, attention to detail and invaluable culinary knowledge.
