The charming Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is one of four hotels along Jumeirah’s private coastline in Dubai. But as the most secluded and intimate of our Dubai hotels, there’s still a lot that people don’t know about it. Here are 10 reasons why you should find out for yourself.

The Arabian Houses are incredibly luxurious

Our 29 two-storey houses are inspired by the traditional Arabian Houses, reminiscent of the nostalgic past. The name Dar Al Masyaf even means summerhouse in Arabic. Each house has a private balcony or terrace overlooking lush gardens or the canals that weave through the resort.

You can hop on the abras

Our understated low-rise resort offers the height of privacy and luxury. You can meander along the waterways in an abra, the traditional Emirati wooden boats you’ll see gliding along peacefully.

The happy hour is a secluded soiree

Each Arabian House at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf has a majlis – a cosy meeting place. Head to yours at 18:00 to enjoy complimentary aperitifs with your neighbours.

There are butlers on call 24/7

So that your every whim is catered for, there is a dedicated butler on hand, shared between three Arabian Houses. They’ll be here to help you feel at home, polish your shoes, and make all your restaurant and tour bookings. Chores are taken care of so you can get on with enjoying your stay.

You’ll be steps away from Dubai’s longest, most beautiful stretch of private beach.

It’s perfect for a family getaway

Each Arabian House at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf has 11 rooms and they can be fully integrated. So why not combine a few, or them all if you need the space. Perfect for bigger groups.

The Arabian Houses are intimate and secluded

Although Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is designed to be intimate, you’ll never be far from the facilities of the neighbouring hotels and resorts. As a Jumeirah guest, you will have access to more than 50 restaurants and bars, the shopping streets of Souk Madinat, Talise Spa, kids club and health club. All just a stroll or an abra ride away.

Enjoy VIP treatment with the Malakiya Villas

In addition to the Arabian Houses, Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf offers seven exclusive Malakiya Villas. Each is a duplex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen, plunge pool, abra station, and private entrance with its own door to the souk.

Take a dip in the exclusive pools

You do have the Arabian Gulf on your doorstep, but if you’d prefer fewer waves, you can plunge into any of the resort’s pools, some of which are exclusive to Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf guests only.
