Growing up on the island of Ischia, Andrea developed his culinary taste, craft and sensibility at an early age. After leading Jumeirah Capri Palace’s Il Riccio and L’Olivo Restaurants (this las one awarded with 2 Michelin Stars) he took on additional responsibilities as Executive Culinary Chef of the caprese property, as well as the Executive Chef of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.
