With only 50 seats available for each dinner, these exclusive events offer an immersive and personal experience. Inspired by their time under Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon, the menu seamlessly blends creativity with classic French technique. Highlights include Chef Kim’s Crabe Royal and Chef Ivan’s signature La Caille, each dish reflecting the precision and artistry learned from one of the world’s most renowned culinary masters.
