On March 7 and 8 L’Olivo's Executive Chef, Salvatore Elefante, will join Danì Maison’s Chef and Owner, Nino Di Costanzo, and Chef Vincenzo Tedeschi of Ristorante Capri for two unforgettable 6 hands dinners showcasing the flavours of the Gulf of Naples and the majestic Swiss Alps.

The event will take place at "Ristorante Capri" at Le Petit Cervin, the intimate hotel within Mont Cervin Palace, an authentic institution and a foreign embassy of Italian cuisine.

Mont Cervin and Jumeirah Capri Palace began a partnership in 2008, welcoming young talent to refine their craft in Switzerland. Today, this unity stands as a symbol of culinary excellence, further cemented by Ristorante Capri’s prestigious Michelin Star, awarded in 2010.
