1. Earning Jumeirah One Points

1.1. Jumeirah One Points are the reward currency of the Jumeirah One Programme.

Jumeirah One Points are collected based on Eligible Spend at all Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Zabeel House by Jumeirah The Greens, as well as residences managed by Jumeirah Living LLC; or collectively known as “Participating Properties”.  Eligible Spend includes:

  • Eligible Room Rates and charges (subject to clauses 1.3 and 1.4 below);
  • Food and beverage charges at Jumeirah managed outlets; 
  • Spa treatments at selected Jumeirah spa’s;
  • Jumeirah Gift Vouchers purchased on Jumeirah’s website (jumeirah.com);and; 
  • Entrance fees to Jumeirah’s Wild Wadi Waterpark™ in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

1.2. A Member will collect:

Two (2) Jumeirah One Points for every one (1) United States Dollar, or the currency equivalent, of Eligible Spend at all Participating Properties with the exception of Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens where a Member will collect One (1) Jumeirah One Point for every one (1) United States Dollars, or the currency equivalent, of Eligible Spend.

Bonus Jumeirah One Points on their Eligible Spend at all Participating Properties based on their Tier Status and applicable Tier Privileges in accordance with Article 6 of these Programme Rules. 

  • Silver Tier Members will collect an additional 25% Bonus Jumeirah One Points;
  • Gold Tier Members will collect an additional 50% Bonus Jumeirah One Points;
  • Platinum Members will collect an additional 100% Bonus Jumeirah One Points.

Two (2) Tier Points for every one (1) United States Dollar, or the currency equivalent, of Eligible Spend at all Participating Properties with the exception of Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens where a Member will collect One (1) Tier Point for every one (1) United States Dollars, or the currency equivalent, of Eligible Spend, regardless of their Tier Status.

Jumeirah One Members may also earn Bonus Points in relation to a promotional offer.  The amount of Bonus Points earned are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.  For avoidance of doubt, no bonus Tier Points are earned on such promotional offers.

 

1.3. Jumeirah One Points will be awarded only on an “Eligible Room Rate”.

 

1.3.1. An Eligible Room Rate is the rate a Member pays for staying in a guest room at a Participating Property, which include the following:

  • Most publicly available rates, best available rates or advanced purchase rates found on Jumeirah’s website (www.jumeirah.com) or by booking directly at any Participating Properties without an application of a special discount or discount code.
  • ‘Best Available Rates’ booked via travel agents and tour operators;
  • Retail packages;
  • Selected ‘Corporate’ and ‘Group’ rates where the Member’s individual hotel bill is invoiced directly to that Member’s company, or to the Member to settle on behalf of his/her company, and the Member is responsible for authorisation of payment at check-out.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, Members will receive their Membership Tier Privileges when booking Eligible Room Rates.

 

1.3.2. “Non-Eligible Room Rates” is the rate a Member pays for staying in a guest room at a Participating Property that does not qualify for Jumeirah One Points nor Membership Tier Privileges during their stay and include, but are not limited to:

  • Any booking made through a travel agent or individual wholesale/tour operator, third party websites (e.g. booking.com, expedia.com, etc.) , airline crew rates, travel industry rates, discounted long stay rates,  friends and family rates, employee rates and government rates;
  • Circumstances where the guest is a no show (if charged), any barter arrangement, any complimentary room arrangement, a gift voucher or third party award, any stay which is paid using Jumeirah One Points (either in advance or upon check-out).
  • ‘Corporate’ and ‘Group’ rates involving a group master-billing arrangement where charges for multiple rooms are placed or merged on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at check-out by one individual;
  • Selected special discounted room rates; or
  • Certain elements of room rates and/or package rates which may not, at Jumeirah’s sole discretion, be eligible for Jumeirah One Points.

 

1.4. Any Member staying at a property managed by Jumeirah Living LLC will collect Jumeirah One Points at the rate set out in Article 1.2 and relevant Membership Tier Privileges only for stays up to a maximum of 30 consecutive nights. For stays of a longer number of consecutive nights, a Member will receive 5’000 Jumeirah One Points per additional 30 nights stayed but Membership Tier Privileges may not apply.  All Jumeirah One Points will be credited after the Member has checked out at the end of their stay and all charges have been settled.  Back-to-back stays are considered one stay and the nights would be consecutive regardless if the Member checked-out and back in again.

 

1.5. A Member must be a registered and paying guest, staying overnight in a Participating Property and meet all of the conditions described herein to earn Jumeirah One Points on Eligible Room Charges.

 

1.6. Jumeirah One Points can only be earned by one Member per room per night and Jumeirah One Points can only be earned by the Member on up to three (3) additional rooms if: (I) the Member is staying in the same Participating Property at the same time; (II) all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member’s name; and (III) the Member pays for charges on all rooms.

 

1.7. Jumeirah One Points will not be collected on the following “Ineligible Charges”:

  • Any fitness or health club membership fees or spend at Participating Properties;
  • Cabana bookings at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah;
  • Individual or corporate conference and banqueting functions or dining events;
  • Any municipality fees, tourism fees, service charges and taxes;
  • Purchase of gift vouchers that are not Jumeirah Gift Vouchers available on jumeirah.com 
  • Retail Items purchased at any Participating Properties
  • Third party charges such as, but not limited to, golf green fees, theatre tickets, visit visa, paid out charges and other miscellaneous items;
  • Food and beverage at outlets that are not managed by Jumeirah;
  • Food and beverage, cabana and retail outlet charges at Wild Wadi Waterpark™ in Dubai.

 

1.8. Jumeirah One Points are collected on the net billed amount, which excludes any government charges or taxes, municipality or city fees, service charges, as well as after any discount has been applied to the bill.

 

1.9. Members must present a valid Jumeirah One Card or e-card to the cashier at the time of check-in or check-out or before any payment is made to allow for the accumulation of Jumeirah One Points for Eligible Room Charges.

 

1.10. Members visiting Jumeirah Restaurants, Spas and Wild Wadi Waterpark™ must present a valid Jumeirah One Card or e-card before payment to receive the Jumeirah One Points.

 

1.11. Members purchasing Jumeirah Gift Vouchers via Jumeirah’s website (jumeirah.com) are required to enter their Jumeirah One membership number at time of payment confirmation.  

  • Jumeirah One Points will only be credited 28 days after gift voucher purchase is made.  
  • It is the responsibility of the Member to enter the correct Jumeirah One membership number in order for Jumeirah One Points to be credited. 
  • Jumeirah One Points will only be credited if the name of the purchaser and the name on the Jumeirah One membership account are the same.  
  • If any gift voucher cash refunds are made to the Member for which the Member has already received Jumeirah One Points, Jumeirah will deduct the relevant number of Jumeirah One Points from the Member’s account.
1.12. Members may be required to show identification upon request when using their Jumeirah One card at any time.

 

1.13. Member must allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for Jumeirah One Points to reach their account.

 

1.14. Jumeirah One Points will be credited only after payment is made in full for the Eligible Spend and for Room Charges only after member has checked out of the hotel.

 

1.15. Bills should be retained as proof of spend until Jumeirah One Points appear on the Member’s statement. Bills must be presented when claiming missing Jumeirah One Points.  Failure to present a bill will result in the claim being rejected.

 

1.16. Earning Frequent Flyer Programme Miles

Members may not earn both Jumeirah One Points and frequent flyer airline miles ("Miles") for the same stay. 

  1. Before check-out, a Member must choose to earn either Jumeirah One Points or Miles with a participating frequent flyer programme operated by an airline which is a Jumeirah partner ("Airline Partner") for that particular Stay. 
  2. Members will earn one (1) Airline Partner Mile per one (1) United States Dollar, or the currency equivalent of Eligible Spend at Participating Properties.
  3. Earning of Jumeirah One Points may not be combined with the earning of any Airline Partner Miles nor any other loyalty programme currency or awards.
  4. Jumeirah One Points may be converted to participating Airline Partner Miles in accordance with Article 2.6 of these Programme Rules.

 

1.17. Earning Jumeirah One Points with Partners

Jumeirah One Points can also be earned with selected Partners that allow Members to collect Jumeirah One Points when they purchase their goods or services.  Tier Points will not be earned on these transactions.   1. Jumeirah reserves the right to discontinue partnerships and cease offering Jumeirah One Points on Partner transactions at any time. Jumeirah and its Jumeirah One Partners reserve the right to decline any transaction/redemption request at any given time.
  2. To receive Jumeirah One Points on Jumeirah One Partner transactions, a Jumeirah One Card must be presented before payment is concluded at the time of purchase as failure to do so will result in no crediting of Jumeirah One Points.
  3. Jumeirah One Points will be processed successfully only after notification is received from the Jumeirah One Partner of the relevant transaction. Jumeirah One will not be held liable for any failure on the part of the Jumeirah One Partner to notify them.
  4. If refunds are made to the Member in respect of goods or services for which the Member has received Jumeirah One Points, Jumeirah will deduct the corresponding number of Jumeirah One Points.

 

1.18. Jumeirah reserves the right to correct any Jumeirah One Point values or statements at any time or when any error is realised, without notice to the Member.

 

1.19. If Jumeirah improperly denies an accrual or Privilege, our liability is only limited to the accurate posting of Jumeirah One Points to such Member’s account as per the Jumeirah One Programme Rules.

 

1.20. Members can access their e-statements and account activity online via jumeirah-one.com at any time.

 

1.21. If the Member wishes to claim any adjustment to the number of Jumeirah One Points credited or to claim retrospectively for Jumeirah One Points, the Member must do so within six (6) months from date of the transaction by sending written details to Jumeirah One : (I) in writing to Jumeirah One Contact Centre, PO Box 73137, Dubai, UAE; or (II) by email to Jumeirahone@jumeirah.com, together with the copy of the bill for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Jumeirah One Points. The Member’s card number must be printed on the bill. Failure to supply the adequate documentation may result in the denial of such Jumeirah One Points credit. For new Members, retrospective credit will be accepted for eligible spend within the forty-five (45) day period prior to Member’s actual enrolment date into the Programme. Jumeirah reserves the right to decline any retrospective Jumeirah One Points requests.

 

1.22. Subject to clause 1.2, the amount of Points collected at Participating Properties where a non-U.S. dollar currency is used will be calculated based on Eligible Spend converted to U.S. dollar at the exchange rate selected by Jumeirah.  This may be the foreign exchange rate used by a Participating Property at check-in, at check-out or another rate selected Jumeirah’s discretion.

 

1.23. From the date on which a Participating Property ceases to be a part of the Jumeirah group of companies, all stays or visits subsequent to such date will not be eligible to collect or redeem Jumeirah One Points, no retroactive claims will be accepted relating to such stays or visits and/or to avail of any Tier Privilege regardless of when the reservation or redemption was made.

 

1.24. Jumeirah One Points Expiry

Jumeirah One Points do not expire as long as the Member remains Active.  Should a membership account have accrued no Jumeirah One Points on Eligible Spend in the last twenty-four (24) consecutive months, the Member will forfeit all accumulated Points.  Points transferred by Members do not count towards an eligible accrual activity. 

  1. If a Member has not had any transactions on their membership account (no Eligible Spend and no Points earned) in the previous twenty-four (24) months, their membership will be inactivated. If a member then doesn’t maintain an active status for five (5) consecutive years, their membership will be deactivated and thereafter the Member will be required to enrol into the programme as a new Member. 
  2. The expiry of Points will be processed automatically on a monthly at UAE time 00:00 hrs. (+4 hours GMT) on the first day of every month.
  3. Expired Points will not be re-instated. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that any retro claims for earned Points are processed before the date their Points are due to expire.

 

1.25. Transferring Jumeirah One Points to another Jumeirah One Membership Account

  1. A Member may transfer Jumeirah One Points to another Jumeirah One Membership Account as long as both Accounts are Active in status.
  2. This Points transfer can only be processed by the Member themselves by logging into their Jumeirah One membership account via (i) jumeirah-one.com website or (ii) via the Jumeirah App.
  3. The Jumeirah One Contact Centre is not able to transfer Jumeirah One Points between Member accounts on behalf of the Member. 
  4. It is the responsibility of the Member to check the accuracy of the details of the recipient Member’s Jumeirah One membership details when transferring Points to their account.
  5. Members can only transfer Jumeirah One Points in denominations of 100 Points.
  6. Once the Points are transferred to another Member’s account, the transferor relinquishes all rights to the transferred Jumeirah One Points, and they become the recipient Member’s Points.
  7. Points once transferred cannot be cancelled or withdrawn
  8. Transfer of Jumeirah One Points is not counted as an eligible transaction towards keeping a membership account in Active status.
  9. For avoidance of doubt, Tier Points cannot be transferred between Members

 

2. Redeeming Jumeirah One Points

2.1. General Redemption Terms and Conditions

Jumeirah One Points can only be redeemed (i) in exchange for Rewards; (ii) as payment against selected services across participating hotels; (iii) for Points to Miles transfer with selected Partners; (iv) for merchandise on the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, or; (v) for Miles with Airline Partners.

  1. Jumeirah One Points may only be redeemed by authorised Members as specified by Jumeirah.
  2. In order to process a Jumeirah One Points redemption, the Member must have sufficient Jumeirah One Points in his/her account to redeem as specified by Jumeirah.
  3. Members can redeem their Points:  (i) via the Jumeirah One Website (Jumeirah-one.com); (ii) via the Jumeirah App; (iii) by contacting the Jumeirah One Contact Centre via email at jumeirahone@jumeirah.com; (iv) upon check-out at Participating Properties, or; (v) when paying the bill in select Jumeirah restaurants.
  4. Jumeirah reserves the right to decline any Redemption for any reason (including, but not limited to if the Redemption procedure is not adhered to).
  5. Jumeirah reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute all Redemptions at any time without notice.
  6. When a Member makes a Points Redemption, the required number of Jumeirah One Points will be automatically deducted from Member's account instantly.
  7. A Member may not redeem Jumeirah One Points that have not yet been credited to their Jumeirah One membership account, for example those Points that will be earned on a current or future stay.
  8. A Member will be required to provide his/her valid Jumeirah One Membership card and valid identification when making any Points Redemption at Participating Properties.
  9. Once redeemed, a Redemption Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in whole, and no credit or substitutions will be given for any Redemption Rewards that are only partially used.
  10. Jumeirah One may at any time and without notice alter the number of Jumeirah One Points required to obtain a particular Redemption Reward, withdraw a Redemption Reward, change the Redemption Reward details or impose additional restrictions on a Redemption Reward or the conditions of obtaining it.

2.2. Points Redemption for Hotel Stays

  1. Members can redeem their Jumeirah One Points for an overnight hotel stay (“Stay Reward”).
  2. Redeeming Points for Stay Rewards is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  3. Advanced reservations are required and Stay Rewards must be booked directly by the Member either via the Jumeirah-one.com website, the Jumeirah App or by contacting the Jumeirah One Contact Centre.
  4. Stay Rewards cannot be requested at time of check in, nor at check-out, nor during a stay.
  5. The number of Jumeirah One Points required for a Stay Reward will vary and are subject to the availability of an applicable rate at time of booking, the length of stay, the selected Participating Property and room category selected.
  6. All Stay Rewards are subject to Service Charge, Tourism Fee, Municipality Fee and any applicable taxes at Participating Properties depending on local legislation.
  7. Should a Member wish to amend a Stay Reward, (eg. change the Participating Property, room category or date of stay) the Member must first cancel the existing Stay Reward and then book a new Stay Reward at the desired Participating Property on the desired date.
  8. The amount of Jumeirah One Points required for any new Stay Reward will re-calculated as set out in Article 2.2.5, at time of booking and subject to availability at time of booking.
  9. Members will not earn Jumeirah One Points nor Airline Partner Miles on Stay Rewards.
  10. Stay Rewards are subject to the booking requirements of the individual Participating Property, such as minimum length of stay requirements or any other restrictions.
  11. All Stay Rewards are subject to the Participating Property’s standard room occupancy limitations.
  12. Stay Rewards do not include any food, beverage, other incidental expenses, service charges or local tourism fees. These charges are to be paid directly by the Member to the Participating Property upon check-out.
  13. When a Member checks-in with a Stay Reward, the Member will be required to present a photo identification and provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges based on the Participating Property’s check-in policy which may vary between properties.
  14. Stay Reward Reservations must be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty of forfeiting Jumeirah One Points for the value of one night. 
  15. Stay Reward Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, or if the Member is a no-show, or if the Member decides to check-out early will result in forfeited Jumeirah One Points.  The amount of Jumeirah One Points to be forfeited is calculated by dividing the total number of Points redeemed for the Stay Reward by the number of nights for the stay.
  16. At certain times of the year, special cancellation policies may apply and these will be communicated at time of booking.  On such occasions, the Member may forfeit all the Jumeirah OnePoints redeemed for the entire stay.
  17. A Member may redeem Jumeirah One Points for up to a total of ten (10) guest rooms at the same Participating Property over the same dates.  When doing so, the Member agrees to make a legitimate Stay Reward reservation in good faith for use by the Member and their invited guests only, and not for any other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any Stay Reward reservation in anticipation of demand.
  18. Jumeirah reserves the right to cancel any Stay Reward reservations it believes to be in violation of these Programme Rules.
  19. If a hotel is no longer a Participating Property in the Jumeirah One programme, for any reason, after a Member has made a Stay Reward reservation but before the Member’s Stay Reward arrival date, the Member will have an option to cancel their Stay Reward without penalty and all Jumeirah One Points will be reimbursed to their Jumeirah One membership account.
  20. Stay Rewards will not be accepted by any hotels that are no longer Participating Properties.
  21. In accordance with the “Complimentary 5th Night Reward” tier level benefits outlined in Article 6.3 of these programme rules, Members who book five (5) consecutive Stay Reward nights for the same guests, staying in the same room at the same Participating Property will be reimbursed with Bonus Jumeirah One Points equivalent to the amount of Points required for one night (the first night) during that stay. The Bonus Jumeirah One Points will be credited within 28 days after the Member has checked out of the Participating Property for that Stay Reward.

 

2.3. Points Redemption for Jumeirah One Rewards

  1. A Member can redeem their Jumeirah One Points for Jumeirah One Rewards.  Jumeirah One Rewards can then be used for Dining, Spa, Retail, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ Entrance, beach access and other services at Participating Properties, depending on the Reward redeemed.
  2. Upon redeeming their Jumeirah One Points for a Jumeirah One Reward, a Member will receive a Jumeirah Reward e-voucher, accessible by logging into their Jumeirah One Account via the Jumeirah website or the Jumeirah App.
  3. All Jumeirah One Reward are subject to availability throughout the year and must be used within the expiry date of the Reward.  Each Reward has its own terms and conditions and validity for use.
  4. All Jumeirah One Rewards must be used in strict accordance with the procedures specified on the Reward e-voucher.
  5. Members must present a valid Jumeirah One Reward e-voucher at time of payment when using the service at the Participating Property.
  6. Jumeirah One Rewards are not exchangeable for cash and no change will be given for any unused credit.
  7. Jumeirah One Reward are not valid, unless otherwise specified in the Reward’s own terms and conditions on the e-voucher, for special dining or banqueting packages nor events, gala dinner, iftar tents, nor are they valid on special days such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Valentine's Day, UAE National Day, or any other public holidays as announced by the local government.
  8. Jumeirah One Reward e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
  9. Members must present a valid Jumeirah One Membership card or e-card when using the Jumeirah One Reward.
  10. Jumeirah One Reward e-vouchers will only be available via the Jumeirah App or website. Members are required to download the Jumeirah App and login to their Membership Account on the Jumeirah
  11. App or Jumeirah Website and present their Reward e-voucher to the Jumeirah Employee at time of use.
  12. Jumeirah One Rewards e-vouchers will not be emailed to Members.
  13. Jumeirah One Rewards, once expired or used, cannot be cancelled or extended.
  14. Jumeirah One Rewards can be gifted:
  • A Member can gift the Reward to another Member as long as both Members have an Active Status.
  • Gifting of Rewards can only be done by the member via (i) the Jumeirah website, or; (ii) via the Jumeirah App. 
  • Gifting of Rewards cannot be processed by the Jumeirah One Contact Centre. 
  • It is the responsibly of the Member who is gifting the Reward to check the receiving Member’s details are accurate before gifting the Reward.
  • Once the Reward if gifted, the Member relinquishes all rights to the Reward
  • Rewards once gifted cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.
  • Rewards gifted to another Member cannot then be re-gifted again.
  • Rewards gifted will carry the same Reward terms and validity.
  • Jumeirah One Rewards are void where copied, prohibited or restricted by law.

2.4. Pay with Points Redemption

  1. Members may redeem their Jumeirah One Points to use as a payment method (“Pay with Points”) when (i) staying at any Participating Property, or; (ii) dining at any of the select Jumeirah restaurants where this payment method is accepted.
  2. When a Member requests to ‘Pay with Points’, the amount of Jumeirah One Points required will be converted from the local currency of the Participating Property, at the exchange rate selected by Jumeirah, and the Jumeirah One Points will be deducted instantly from a Member’s Jumeirah One account after redemption.
  3. ‘Pay with Points’ can only be used at time of payment at a Participating Property front desk cashier or in selected Jumeirah restaurants.  The Member must be present do the redemption in person, showing any accepted photo identification if requested by the Participating Property.
  4. The Member requesting the ‘Pay with Points’ redemption must have sufficient Jumeirah One Points already on their Jumeirah One Membership Account at the time of requesting.  Once Jumeirah One Points have been redeemed for a ‘Pay with Points’ redemption, the Jumeirah One Points cannot be refunded to the Member’s Jumeirah One Account.
  5. ‘Pay with Points’ redemptions cannot be gifted and are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit.

 

2.4.1. Paying for a Hotel Stay with “Pay with Points”

  1. Members may use Jumeirah One Points when staying at Participating Property to “Pay with Points” for their hotel stay.  The “Pay with Points” redemption may be requested by the Member at time of check-out and the payment value amount will be deducted from their overall hotel bill that has been charged to their room.
  2. Subject to the Jumeirah One Points being available for redemption, Members can use the “Pay with Points” option to pay for their room bill in full or they may choose part Pay with Points and part cash.
  3. ‘Pay with Points’ redemptions are valid toward all expenses charged to a Member’s room bill, except third party charges and visa charges. 
  4. ‘Pay with Points’ redemptions against room rate charges are valid only for rates booked and paid for directly by the Member and are not applicable to group travel rates, package tours, travel agent, tour operator, conventions or any other rates that have been charged to and/or are paid by a third party. 
  5. Pay with Points’ redemption for hotel stays may be used only by the Member for their hotel bill and may not be gifted.  Members are required to stay in the hotel and be present when using the ‘Pay with Points’ redemption. 

 

2.4.2. Paying for a dining at select Jumeirah restaurants with “Pay with Points”

  1. Members may use their Jumeirah One Points to “Pay with Points” at select Jumeirah restaurants against their dining bill.  The “Pay with Points” redemption may be requested by the Member at time of payment of their bill and the Pay with Points payment value will be then be deducted from their overall dining bill at restaurants that accept this payment method.
  2. Members are required to login to their Jumeirah One membership account via the Jumeirah App with internet connection to ‘Pay with Points’ in restaurants.
  3. Upon selecting the Pay with Points option from their Member dashboard on the Jumeirah App, Members select the local currency amount they wish to pay and, subject to them having a sufficient balance of Jumeirah One Points, will then be able to pay that amount with their Jumeirah One Points
  4. The automatically generated 8-digit authorisation code must be shown to the Jumeirah Employee in order for the payment value to be deducted from a Member’s dining bill. The Jumeirah Employee will firstly validate the 8-digit authorisation code before settling the invoice.
  5. Subject to the availability of the Jumeirah One Points for redemption, members can use the Pay with Points option to pay their dining bill in full or they may choose part Pay with Points and part cash.

2.4.3. Points Redemption on the Jumeirah Reward Store, Dezerved and Pointpay websites 

  1. The Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites are operated by Loylogic Rewards FZE ("Store Operator"). The use of the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites are for Jumeirah One Members, who can enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law. The rules relating to the use of the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites are set out below.
  2. The Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites are not owned or controlled by Jumeirah International LLC or its affiliates, and Jumeirah has no control over the contents and availability of such site. The inclusion of links on the Jumeirah website does not imply any guarantee or responsibility on the part of Jumeirah International LLC or any of its affiliates in respect of the content or use of this other website, or any of the representations made therein. Should Jumeirah One Members choose to use the Jumeirah Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites, Jumeirah One Members assume full responsibility for their activity.
  3. Jumeirah One Members may only use the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites to make non-commercial, legitimate reservations or reward purchases or benefit from other redemption propositions and shall not use the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay for any other purposes, including making any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reward purchases or other reward redemptions. Rewards on the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites are subject to availability at the time Jumeirah One Members place the purchase order. By accessing and/or using the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites, Jumeirah One Members authorise the Store Operator to consider any person using your information a legitimate user. Rewards can be redeemed only by the Jumeirah One Rewards, Dezerved and Pointspay Member personally. Jumeirah One Members  must ensure that the login details are not used illegally.  The Store Operator bears no responsibility for any consequences of illegal use of the personal details. The Store Operator reserves the right to terminate Dezerved or Pointpay memberships in cases it deems constitute misuse.
  4. By accessing the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites or any website linked to the Jumeirah One Rewards Store Dezerved and Pointspay websites and making transactions through the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites, specifically by clicking the "I AGREE" and/or similar buttons, you expressly indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules applicable to the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Dezerved and Pointspay websites respectively.

 

2.4.4. Personal Information

  • In order to process any Reward purchase transactions or other Reward redemptions via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Members will have to transmit certain personal information, including name, home and email address, phone number. Members automatically agree to providing such information you consent to Jumeirah sharing certain of that information with third party providers solely as necessary to process and complete the required transaction. Jumeirah shall not be liable for any wrong personal information received or obtained from you. Members acknowledge and agree that by providing Jumeirah with any personal or proprietary information, directly or indirectly through the Jumeirah One Rewards Store or the Jumeirah One Programme, Members consent to the transmission of such personal or proprietary information over international borders as necessary for processing the relevant transactions in accordance with Jumeirah privacy policy.
  • By accessing and/or using the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, you authorise Jumeirah to treat any person using your information (even if such person is using such information without your authorisation, due to theft, mistake or otherwise), and any resulting transactions, obligations or liabilities shall be attributed to you.
  • Jumeirah has the right to change and/or terminate the Jumeirah One Rewards Store at any time with or without prior written notice to Members.

 

2.4.5. Jumeirah One Reward Store Redemptions

  • The rewards consist of any goods or services purchased by you which are sold and distributed by independent merchants that make available such rewards directly to you via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store. Rewards are always subject to availability at the time of booking and (as applicable) the country of shipment.
  • When purchasing Rewards via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, members can pay for such Rewards with Jumeirah One Points available in their account at time of purchasing a reward.
  • Jumeirah One Points are deducted from your Jumeirah One Membership as soon as the Reward is purchased.
  • The number of Jumeirah One Points necessary for the purchase of a Reward is determined by Jumeirah and Jumeirah have the right, at any time, to change the amount of Jumeirah One Points necessary to purchase a Reward in the Jumeirah One Rewards Store.
  • At time of purchase should any Rewards purchased by the Member against the redemption of Jumeirah One Points that have not been properly debited to your Jumeirah One account, can be reclaimed by us at any time without compensation.
  • Once Jumeirah One Points are redeemed on the Jumeirah One Rewards Store they cannot be cancelled, re-credited, changed or reissued.
  • Members agree and acknowledge that additional separate terms and conditions dictated by the relevant Merchant will apply to any Reward redemptions via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store.  Members agree to abide to such applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to, rules and restrictions on availability, shipment and delivery terms, notification of defects, return and refund policies, money back guarantees and claim for damages.
  • Where indicated, the prices on the Jumeirah One Rewards Store include shipping fees. For some Rewards Members may be charged for shipping fees, and may bear in addition, local duties and taxes such as VAT and/or luxury taxes.  Please check with the local authorities prior to ordering a Reward.
  • The delivery times indicated on the Jumeirah One Rewards Store are non-binding estimates only. Delays can and do happen for various reasons. You cannot withdraw from a Reward purchase or get compensation due to delivery times exceeding the estimated delivery time indicated on the Jumeirah One Rewards Store.
  • All Jumeirah One Rewards Store redemptions with a Merchant are subject to the individual Merchant’s terms and conditions and Jumeirah excludes all liability to any Member or other person in respect of any negligence, wilful misconduct, poor service or breach of obligation arising out of the provision of or the failure to provide any service by or on behalf of a Merchant.

 

2.4.6. Relation between Jumeirah One Members and a Reward Store Merchant

  • Every time a Jumeirah One Member redeems Points for a reward via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, the Member directly enters into an agreement with the respective Merchant. The Store Operator only provides the access and the technical platform for a Member to redeem Rewards directly from the Merchant.  A Member agrees and acknowledges that separate terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant will apply to any Reward redemption via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store.  A Member agrees to abide to such applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to, rules and restrictions on availability, shipment and delivery terms, notification of defects, return and refund policies, money back guarantees and claim for damages. The Store Operator does not become a party to the transaction between a Jumeirah One Member and the Merchant. The Store Operator strongly recommends that Members check the terms and conditions of the Merchant prior to redeeming any Reward.

 

2.4.7 Returned, Delayed and Defective Jumeirah One Reward Store Rewards

  • By purchasing Rewards in the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, Members expressly agree and accept that any claim, compensation or damage for failed, wrong or delayed handling and for returned, defective or faulty Rewards can only and exclusively be made against the relevant Merchant, in accordance with the Merchant’s applicable terms and conditions. Any complaints for failed, wrong or delayed deliveries or returned, defective or faulty Rewards must be addressed directly and exclusively to the Merchant. Any refunds will be in the same form and currency as the original method of payment.
  • In the case of (i) returns in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant, or (ii) unsuccessful delivery due to a Member’s fault (e.g.,insufficient or incorrect delivery address or no physical acceptance of Reward at delivery address) a Member may be charged with incurred credit card fees, additional shipping and handling fees, and any other taxes and expenses in connection therewith. Members may be required to pay these charges using Jumeirah One Points, depending on the nature of the original redemption transaction.

 

2.4.8. Restriction on use

  • Due to local laws and regulations, the Store Operator reserves the right to exclude Members from certain jurisdictions from making transactions over the Jumeirah One Rewards Store.  By making transactions via the Jumeirah One Rewards Store, a Member confirms that they are not breaching any laws in their country of residence regarding the legality of such use. The Store Operator will not be held responsible (i) for the exclusion of Jumeirah One Rewards Store Members from certain jurisdictions and (ii) if a Member uses the Jumeirah One Rewards Store unlawfully.  If in any doubt a Member should check with the relevant authorities in your country of residence.

2.5. Points Redemption with Airline Partners

  1. Members can redeem Jumeirah One Points in exchange for Miles or Points with participating Airline Partners, a list of which can be found on the Jumeirah One website (jumeirah-one.com).
  2. Members can only transfer their Jumeirah One Points if they have an Active Status in both the Jumeirah One programme and the Airline Partner programme.
  3. Jumeirah One Points can only be transferred to Airline Partner Miles or Points via (i) the Jumeirah One website (jumeirah-one.com);  (ii) the Jumeirah App, or; (iii) contacting a Jumeirah One Advisor by email at jumeirahone@jumeirah.com
  4. Jumeirah One Points can only be transferred in increments of 100 Jumeirah One Points and the Airline Partner programme membership details must be entered into your Jumeirah One Profile in order to exchange Jumeirah One Points for Airline Partner Miles or Points.
  5. Redemption or usage of Airline Partner Miles or Points is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Airline Partner programme.  Jumeirah excludes all liability to any Member or other person in respect of any negligence, wilful misconduct, poor service or breach of obligation arising out of the provision of or the failure to provide any service by or on behalf of a Partner.
  6. Once a Jumeirah One Points to Airline Partner Miles or Points exchange is requested, this will be an automated process and and can take a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days to show on the Member’s Airline Partner account.
  7. Jumeirah One Points will be transferred successfully only after all the details provided by the Member are validated and confirmed by the Airline Partner.
  8. It is the Member’s responsibility to check with the relevant Airline Partner if the Miles or Points have been credited to their Airline Partner account.
  9. Once Jumeirah One Points are transferred to Miles or Points they cannot be cancelled, re-credited, changed or reissued.
  10. Jumeirah and the participating Airline Partner have the right to decline a transfer request of Jumeirah One Points to Miles or Points at any given time.

 

3. Earning Tier Points

Tier Points are the status points of the Jumeirah One Programme and are used to calculate eligibility for the Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum Membership categories (each, a “Tier”).

3.1. Collecting Tier Points: 

As outlined in Article 1.1, Tier Points are collected based on Eligible Spend at all Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Zabeel House by Jumeirah The Greens, as well as residences managed by Jumeirah Living LLC;

  • Tier Points will not be credited for any promotional bonus Points transactions;
  • Tier Points are not earned on spend with Jumeirah One Partners;
  • Tier Points are non-transferable;
  • Silver, Gold and Platinum members will only earn Jumeirah One Bonus Points.  No bonus Tier Points are awarded.

 

3.2. Earning Tier Status

  • New Members enrolled in the Jumeirah One Programme are automatically given Member Tier  status.
  • Member Tier –  is the base level tier of the Jumeirah One Programme and no spend is required to be a Member.
  • Silver Tier – In order to qualify or retain Silver Tier Status, Members must earn 5,000 Tier Points
  • Gold Tier – In order to qualify or retain Gold Tier Status, Members must earn 30,000 Tier Points
  • Platinum Tier – In order to qualify or retain Platinum Tier Status, Members must earn 90,000 Tier Points
  • Neither Tier Status nor Tier Points can be purchased.  Members are required to achieve their Tier Status based on earning Tier Points on their Eligible Spend.

 

4. Jumeirah One Membership Term

4.1. A Membership Term is defined as twelve (12) months for Silver, Gold and Platinum Tier Level Members and twenty-four (24) months for Member Tier Level Members;

4.2. Silver, Gold and Platinum Membership Tier Level status will be reviewed after twelve (12) months from the date a Member qualified for that Tier Level for the purposes of assessing Tier Renewal.  Successful Tier Renewal would extend the tier level status for a further twelve (12) months if the Member has collected sufficient Tier Points in accordance with Article 5.

4.3. Member base tier level remains valid as long as the Member has an Active Status in the Jumeirah One programme;

  • If no spend is registered on a Jumeirah One Member Card over a twenty-four (24) month period, a Member’s Jumeirah One Account will be made ‘Inactive’ and only be reactivated upon a new spend being registered on that Member’s account.
  • If a member doesn’t maintain an active status for five consecutive years, their membership will be deactivated, thereafter the member will be required to enrol into the programme as a new member.

 

5. Tier Upgrades, Renewals and Downgrades

5.1 Tier Upgrade - A Member will be upgraded to the relevant Tier Level based on the number of Tier Points earned as outlined in Article 3.2.

  • A Tier Level upgrade will be processed and should reflect on a Member’s Jumeirah One Account within 24 hours after they reached the Tier Point threshold required.
  • The new Tier Level term of 12-months commences on the date the Member is upgraded to the Tier Level.
  • At time of Tier Level upgrade, Tier Points are deducted as follows:
    • Upgrade to Silver Tier Level:                  -5’000 Tier Points
    • Upgrade to Gold Tier Level:                   -30’000 Tier Points
    • Upgrade to Platinum Tier Level:             -90’000 Tier Points
       

5.2. Tier Renewal – after a 12-month period, a Member’s account will be assessed and, if a Member has collected sufficient Tier Points as outlined in Article 3.2 for their current Tier Level, their current

  • Tier Level status will be extended for one further 12-month period.
  • At time of Tier Level Renewal, Tier Points are reset to zero
  • If the Tier Point threshold required to retain the current Tier Level is not met, the Member will be downgraded
  • Tier Renewal is calculated on the last day of each calendar month for all Members whose membership term was ending in that month.
  • The new Tier Level status and term will reflect on a Member’s membership account by the first day of the following month 

5.3. Tier Downgrade

Should a Member not earn sufficient Tier Points in a membership year to retain their current Tier Status, at the end of their 12-month Tier Level term, they will be downgraded one Tier Level to the Tier Level below. For avoidance of doubt this downgrade would be as follows:

  • Platinum Tier to Gold Tier Level
  • Gold Tier to Silver Tier Level
  • Silver Tier to Member Tier Level
  • At time of Tier Level Downgrade, Tier Points are reset to zero
  • Tier Downgrade is calculated on the last day of each calendar month for all Members whose membership term was ending in that month.
  • The new Tier Level status and term will reflect on a Member’s membership account by the first day of the following month

 

6. Jumeirah One Tier Privileges

6.1. General Terms and Conditions of Tier Privileges:

  • Jumeirah One Members are eligible to receive privileges at Participating Properties based upon their current Tier Level (the “Tier Privileges”).  All Tier Privileges are subject to availability and subject to change at Jumeirah’s sole discretion.
  • Members may be required to show identification when using any the Tier Privileges.
  • A valid Jumeirah One membership card or e-card must be presented to avail of any Tier Privileges.
  • The Tier Privileges are only applicable to the Member themselves and/or the Member’s Room unless otherwise specified.
  • Jumeirah reserves the right to add, modify, or delete Tier Privileges and/or eligibility at its sole discretion at any time and without notice.
  • Member Tier Privileges are not eligible for Conference & Incentive functions, Events nor Group Reservations
  • Stay Tier Privileges are only applicable for Members who have booked their stay on an Eligible Room Rate as outlined in Article 1.3 of these Programme Rules. 
  • Hotel Stays booked on any Non-Eligible Room Rates as outlined in section 1.3.2 do not qualify for any of the Stay Tier Privileges.
 

6.2. Jumeirah One Programme Privileges

Jumeirah One Programme Privileges are awarded to Members with an Active Status and eligibility is based on their current valid Tier Level in the Jumeirah One Programme.

  • Bonus Jumeirah One Points – As outlined in Article 1.2.2 of these Programme Rules, Members will earn Bonus Jumeirah One Points as a Tier Privilege based on their Eligible Spend at all Participating Properties, as follows: 
    • Silver Tier Members will collect an additional 25% Bonus Jumeirah One Points;
    • Gold Tier Members will collect an additional 50% Bonus Jumeirah One Points;
    • Platinum Members will collect an additional 100% Bonus Jumeirah One Points.

Tier Privilege Bonus Jumeirah One Points are not awarded on promotional Points awards.  For avoidance of doubt, no bonus Tier Points are awarded.

  • Complimentary 5th Reward Night
    • Member: Not Applicable
    • Silver: Not Applicable
    • Gold: Yes Applicable
    • Platinum: Yes Applicable

    Gold and Platinum Tier Level Members will receive a Complimentary 5th Stay Reward Night, when booking in advance a Stay Reward, as detailed in Article 2.2, via the Jumeirah website, via the Jumeirah Mobile App or via the Jumeirah One Contact Centre.
    • The Member must book a minimum of five (5) consecutive nights for the same room with Stay Rewards.
    • For each five (5) consecutive nights booked, the Member will be credited with Bonus Jumeirah One Points equivalent to the amount spent for one (1) Stay Reward night. 
    • This credit amount will be calculated by dividing the total number of Jumeirah One Points redeemed for the Stay Rewards by the total number of consecutive nights booked.  (eg. If a Member redeems 100’000 Jumeirah One Points for a 5-night stay, the credit amount would be 20’000 Bonus Jumeirah One Points).
    • The Bonus Jumeirah One Points will be credited within 28 Working Days, after the member has completed their Stay Reward booking and has checked out of the Participating Property.
    • One-night’s equivalent of Bonus Jumeirah One Points will be credited for each consecutive five (5) nights booked with Stay Rewards.

 

  • Complimentary Tier Level Status for a Companion
    • Member: Not Applicable
    • Silver: Not Applicable
    • Gold:  One (1) Complimentary Silver Tier Status for a Companion
    • Platinum: One (1) Complimentary Gold Tier Status for a Companion

    A Jumeirah One Gold Tier Level Member may choose to gift one (1) complimentary Silver Tier Level status to one Companion of their choice.

    A Jumeirah One Platinum Tier Level Member may choose to gift one (1) complimentary Gold Tier Level status to one Companion of their choice.

    • This complimentary Tier Level status for a Companion may be gifted just one time to one recipient during the Member’s Tier Level status term. 
    • This complimentary Tier Level status may only be gifted to another registered Jumeirah One Member, with Active Status, who has not yet achieved the Tier Level status being gifted. 
    • If the recipient of the gifted complimentary Tier Level status is not currently a registered Jumeirah One Member, the recipient must firstly enrol into the Jumeirah One programme and activate their account. 
    • To avail this benefit the qualifying Gold or Platinum Tier Level Member (“Primary Member”) is required to contact the Jumeirah One Contact Centre Advisors via jumeirahone@jumeirah.com to nominate their chosen Companion (“Companion Member”).  The Primary Member needs to provide the following details of their Companion Member:
      • First Name and Last Name;
      • Jumeirah One Membership Number, and;
      • Registered Email Address. 
    • The Tier Level status upgrade for the Companion Member will be processed within seven (7) Working Days.
    • The Tier Level status term for the Companion Member will be matched to the term of the membership of the nominating Primary Member.   
    • Primary Members are required to retain their eligible Tier Level status in order for their Companion Member Tier Level status to membership to be valid.
      • Should a Primary Member’s Platinum Tier Level status be downgraded to Gold Tier Level, their Companion Member’s Tier Level status will automatically be downgraded to Silver Tier Level.
      • Should a Primary Member’s Gold Tier Level status be downgraded to Silver Tier, then the Companion Member’s Tier Level will be automatically downgraded to Member Tier Level status.
    • However, should a Companion Member have themselves earned the required Tier Points to maintain their Tier Level status, as per Article 3.2 of these programme rules, their Tier Level status will not be downgraded. 
    • Once a Companion Member Tier Level status has been gifted one time, it cannot be changed, re-gifted to an alternative Companion Member nor cancelled.
    • When a Companion Member is staying at a Participating Property at the same time as the Primary Member, only the Primary Member’s Tier Privileges will be provided.
    • A Gold Tier Level Companion Member may not further gift a Silver Tier Status for a Companion. This Programme Privilege is not available for Companion Members.

6.3. Jumeirah One Stay Privileges

Jumeirah One Stay Privileges are applicable only for Members with an Active Status when they are themselves a registered guest and staying overnight at a Participating Property and when paying an Eligible Room Rate.   

Jumeirah One Stay Privileges are only applicable to the Member themselves and/or their own room, depending on the Stay Privilege.  When a Primary Member is staying at the same time as their Companion Member, only the Stay Privileges for the Primary Member will be provided.

  • Member – Yes
  • Silver – Yes
  • Gold – Yes
  • Platinum – Yes 

When staying at a Participating Property, Jumeirah One Members will receive complimentary internet access. Access to the internet will be determined by the services available at the Participating Property at the time of their stay. Such access may be made available within rooms, business centres or on–site internet cafés, at the discretion of the Participating Property.

Complimentary one-night stay at any Participating Property:

  • Member – Yes
  • Silver – not applicable
  • Gold – not applicable
  • Platinum – not applicable

Upon enrolment into the Jumeirah One Programme, a Member must activate their membership and complete their first Eligible Stay at a Participating Property where they showed their Jumeirah One membership card or e-card upon check-in and chose to earn Jumeirah One Points for their stay in order to receive this Privilege.

After their first Eligible Stay, Members will automatically be issued a complimentary one-night stay Reward with a unique Reward number 

  • The Reward will be issued within 28 Working Days after the check-out date of their first Eligible Stay
  • The Reward can be used on any future stay booking at a Participating Property within six (6) months of issuance, when the following requirements are met:
    • The booking must be for the Member themselves and for a minimum length stay of three (3) consecutive nights at Participating Properties or four (4) consecutive nights at Resort Participating Properties.
    • The Reward is valid for any available room category booked on Best Available Rate at time of booking.
    • The Reward can only be used when the booking is made in advance via the Jumeirah One Contact Centre and a valid Reward number is provided at time of booking.  The booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
    • The Reward is not combinable or valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or discount and is subject to availability. 
    • Blackout dates, length of stay restrictions and room restrictions may apply. 
    • Members can earn Jumeirah One Points for the Eligible Charges paid for during their stay on which they used their Reward. 
  • The Reward is non-transferable, cannot be gifted and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • All Eligible Charges are payable in local currency and applicable government charges/service charges/ municipality and tourism fees, as well as taxes and must be settled upon time of check-out.
  • All bookings are subject to the Participating Property’s standard cancellation terms and these may vary by Participating Property. 
  • Upon expiration of the Reward validity, the Member automatically forfeits this Privilege and it will not be reinstated nor reimbursed in any form. 
  • This Stay Privilege is not valid at Jumeirah Living Residences.

A complimentary full breakfast for Member plus one (1) guest is made available for each day of the Silver, Gold and Platinum Member’s stay and is only valid at the Participating Property in which the Member stays is staying.

  • At time of check-in, the Participating Property will inform the Member where the breakfast will be served.
  • This Stay Privilege breakfast cannot be provided via in-room dining.
  • The value of any unredeemed breakfast cannot be credited to the Member’s bill.
  • The Participating Property will not charge service or gratuities to the Member’s bill for the complimentary breakfast.
  • For room categories or packages with which complimentary breakfast is already provided, the value of the unredeemed breakfast cannot be credited to the Member’s bill nor transferred to additional guests.
  • If the Member chooses a different breakfast menu items other than the set full breakfast provided by the Participating Property, these items will be charged to the Member’s bill.
  • The type of breakfast served is at the Participating Property’s sole discretion.
  • Any additional guests will be charged the full rate for breakfast.
  • This Stay Privilege is not applicable for ‘Long Stay’ rates at Jumeirah Living Residences.
  • This Stay Privilege is not available at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens.

  • A minimum length of stay is required to avail of this Stay Privilege.
    • At Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts the Member must be staying a minimum of four (4) consecutive nights.

    • At Jumeirah Living Residences and Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island, the Member must be staying a minimum of seven (7) consecutive night and it is not applicable on “Long Stay Rates”

    • This Stay Privilege is not available at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens.

  • For avoidance of doubt, this Stay Privilege is provided from the following airports:
  • In Dubai - Dubai International Airport (DXB) only
    • In London - London Heathrow (LHR), London Gatwick (LGW) and London City (LCY) airports only.
    • In Capri - Naples airport (NAP) to any of the harbours in Naples for a boat transfer to the hotel
    • In Port Soller - Spain - Palma de Mallorca Airport - Son Sant Joan
    • In the Maldives - complimentary road/speedboat transport will be provided between Malé and Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island
  • Airport transfer bookings must be made directly with the Participating Property at least 24-hours before arrival and the Member must request the Stay Privilege at time of booking the transfer.

  • The vehicle used is at the discretion of the Participating Property and only one standard sized vehicle is provided for this Stay Privilege per eligible Member per stay.
    • Should a Member require a larger vehicle or multiple vehicles, these can be arranged but will be charged to the Member’s bill.
    • Should a Platinum Primary Member be staying at the Participating Property with their Gold Companion Member, only the Primary Member’s Privilege will be provided.
  • This Stay Privilege applies once during the Member’s stay, and on check-in and/or check-out days only and is not valid in conjunction with any other package or offer.

  • The Member must pay the Participating Property’s availing rate for room types available at time of booking.
  • Any length of stay requirements applicable on booked dates must be met.
  • This Stay Privilege does not guarantee a specific room type and, other Stay Privileges such a complimentary upgrade to next room category or preferred room selection, may not apply.
  • To avail of this Stay Privilege, the booking must be made with a valid credit card either with the Participating Property directly or via the Jumeirah Central Reservations Centre.
  • Black-out dates may apply on Extraordinary Demand Dates (eg. Festive, New Year’s Eve, city-wide special events eg. Olympics) and may vary by Participating Property. Standard Participating Property cancellation policies apply.

6.4. Jumeirah One Dining Privileges

Selected Tier Members are entitled to various discounts (mentioned above) when dining in a participating Jumeirah operated restaurant in the United Arab Emirates. 

  • This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher.  
  • This Dining Privilege is valid for all meal periods (excluding special dining or banqueting packages and Gala Dinners) and applicable to the total bill (food and beverage only) paid by the Member (irrespective of whether the Member has personally availed of a complimentary meal, such as breakfast or any other meal).   
  • The Member discount is not applicable for corporate or company events nor group restaurant bookings.
  • For members staying at the Participating Property and charging the meal to their room, the discount will be applied only upon check-out from the hotel and to food and beverage only (excludes mini bar and room service charges).
    • This discount is only applicable when the Member’s individual hotel bill is settled and paid directly by the Member at time of check-out. 
    • The discount is not applicable if the Member’s room bill is settled to the Member’s company account or any other 3rd party payment arrangement.
  • Members not staying at the Participating Property but dining at the participating Jumeirah Restaurant must state upon entering the restaurant and/or upon making a reservation that they are a Jumeirah One Member. 
  • Members are required to present a valid membership card or e-card when dining at the restaurant, to avail of this Dining Privilege.  A discount will not be accorded if a valid membership is not presented. 
  • Discounts on dining will be given only at participating Jumeirah restaurants and will be deducted before the final payment is made at the restaurant. 
  • This Dining Privilege is valid for a maximum of twelve (12) guests; any gratuities will be at the discretion of the Member. 
  • Only one discount will apply per party and may only be availed of when the bill is settled by a single payment method. 
    • Where multiple checks are requested, the food and beverage discount will only be applied to the Member’s portion of the bill.
  • This discount is not applicable for brunches or dining at any restaurant within Wild Wadi Waterpark™ or Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences, Dubai.

  • Identification documents may be requested by the restaurant to confirm the age of the children and therefore the validity of this Dining Privilege.
  • This Dining Privilege is applicable at participating Jumeirah operated restaurants and is not valid for in-room dining, banqueting services, for brunches or dining at any restaurant within Wild Wadi Waterpark™ Dubai.
  • Members visiting the participating Jumeirah restaurants must state, at time of reservation and upon arrival, that they are a Platinum  Tier Level Member.
  • Members are required to present a valid Platinum Tier Level membership card or e-card when dining at the restaurant to avail of this Dining Privilege.
  • The complimentary kids’ menu items will be deducted from the bill before the final payment is made at the restaurant.
  • This Dining Privilege may only be availed of when the bill is settled by a single payment method and paid for by the eligible Member themselves.
  • Where multiple checks are requested, this Dining Privilege will only be applied to the Member’s portion of the bill.

  • The Member must state, at time of reservation and upon arrival at the spa, that they are a Jumeirah One Member and a valid membership card or e-card presented upon arrival
  • Discounts will be given only at the relevant spa and cannot be applied for staying guests upon check-out from a Participating Property.
  • This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. 
  • Advance reservations are essential. 
  • The participating spas cancellation policy and terms of use apply.
  • Members may be required to show photo identification upon request.

Savings on entrance to Wild Wadi Waterpark™ in Dubai:

The discount can only be availed of if the tickets are purchased at the entrance to the Wild Wadi Waterpark™. The Member must present a valid Jumeirah One membership card or e-card at time of payment.

  • Guests must accompany the Member to qualify for the discount.
  • This Entertainment Privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher or promotion.
  • Members may be required to show identification upon request.

 

Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Helipad Photo Experience:

The Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Helipad Photo Experience is a one-time only Lifestyle Privilege for Platinum Tier Level Members.  Members are required to be staying overnight at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah to avail this benefit.

  • A photographer, selected a Jumeirah’s discretion, will take photos of the Member and up to a maximum of seven (7) guests on the Helipad of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
  • Access to the Helipad is subject to security approval and special terms and conditions and the Member will be required to complete a security form to be submitted for approval.
  • The decision to allow access to the Helipad by the Burj Al Arab security is final.
  • This Lifestyle benefit will be available from November to March only, is subject to suitable weather conditions and must be requested at least 48-hours in advance.
  • Children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed on the helipad.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed during the photoshoot.
  • Full experience terms and conditions will be provided to the Member upon reservation.
  • The Member will be sent by email a link to download the photos from the photoshoot within two (2) Working Days after the photoshoot takes place.
  • The Member may select one (1) complimentary photograph to be printed and framed by Jumeirah.
  • The framed photograph will either be delivered to the Member at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, if they are still a resident guest, or will be delivered to the Member’s home address within twenty-eight (28) days.
  • A Member may avail of this Burj Al Arab Helipad Experience Lifestyle Privilege one time only during their lifetime.  This Privilege is non-transferrable and non-refundable and cannot be purchased.

 

7. Jumeirah One – Family Account

7.1. Family Account – General Terms & Conditions

  • A Jumeirah One Family Account enables Members to collectively pool their Jumeirah One Points into a family group account, with all Points contributions held in the Family Head’s Jumeirah One membership account.
  • A Family Account can consist of one (1) Family Head and up to nine (9) Family Members. 
  • A Family Account is available to individual Jumeirah One Members only.  In order to participate in a Family Account, a Member must have Active Status of membership and (a) cannot already be a participant in another Jumeirah One Family Account, and; (b) cannot have been a participant in a Jumeirah One Family Account in the prior three (3) months.
  • A Family Account is available to Members across all Tier Levels: Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. 

7.2. Family Account – Creating and Joining a Family Account

  • A Member must log into their individual Jumeirah One account via the Jumeirah One Website - www.jumeirah-one.com - in order to create a Jumeirah One Family Account.
  • The Family Head and Family Members can be part of only one Jumeirah One Family Account at any given time.
  • Should a Family Head or Family Member decide to leave or close a Jumeirah One Family Account, they must wait three (3) months before being able to join or create another Jumeirah One Family Account.
  • Members can create and manage their Jumeirah One Family Account only via Jumeirah One Website – www.jumeirah-one.com.  The Jumeirah One Contact Centre are not able to assist with Family Account creation or management.
  • Members of the same Family Account do not have to be related to one another to enjoy the benefits of the Jumeirah One Family Account.
  • Participation in a ‘Family Account’ is offered at Jumeirah’s discretion.
  • Any Jumeirah One Points earned prior to joining Jumeirah One Family Account will remain in the individual Member’s account.  Family Head and/or Family Member retains their individual membership numbers and the contributed Points are pooled within the Family Head’s individual Jumeirah One account.
  • Only Jumeirah One Points can be contributed as part of the Jumeirah One Family Account. Tier Points will remain individual to each Member’s own Jumeirah One membership.
  • Participating Family Members may amend their Points contribution percentage at any time however the minimum value of contribution is 10%.
  • Should a Family Member decide to leave the Family Account at any time, the balance of contributed Jumeirah One Points during their time as part of the Family Account will remain within the Family Head’s individual Jumeirah One account; they will not be reimbursed.
  • The Family Head has the right to remove any participating Family Member at any given time, without requiring approval from the Family Member.  All Jumeirah One Points contributed by Family Members will be forfeited
  • The Family Head has the right to close the Family Account at any given time, without requiring approval from Family Members.  All Jumeirah One Points contributed by Family Members will be forfeited
  • All Members participating in the Jumeirah One Family Account retain their own Tier Level based on their own individual Tier Points.
  • Members cannot avail of the Tier Level Privileges of their Family Head or other Family Members with a higher Tier Level within the Family Account.
  • Jumeirah One Points contribution to the Jumeirah One Family Account cannot be backdated for spend or services prior to the date that the respective Member joined the Jumeirah One Family Account.
  • It’s the responsibility of both the Family Head and Family Member(s) to read and accept all the Terms and Conditions before joining the Jumeirah One Family Account.

7.3. The Family Head

  • An invitation to join the Jumeirah One Family Account can be sent by the Family Head inviting Jumeirah One Members with an Active Status to join, via the Jumeirah One website - www.jumeirah-one.com.
  • The Family Head can only send invite a maximum of nine (9) Family Members.
  • Invitations to join the Family Account may only be sent to:  
    • Jumeirah One Members with an Active Status.
    • Jumeirah One Members who are not a part of another existing Jumeirah One Family Account.
    • Jumeirah One Members who have not been a part of a previous Jumeirah One Family Account in the 3 months prior.
  • There should be at least one Family Member, in addition to the Family Head, that remains in the Jumeirah One Family Account, for the Family Account to remain active. 
  • The Jumeirah One Points that are contributed by Family Members are pooled into the Family Head’s individual Jumeirah One account based on the contribution percentage set by each participating Member on their Jumeriah One Points earned.  Only the Family Head can then redeem the Jumeirah One Points using their own individual Jumeirah One membership credentials. 
  • Jumeirah One will make visible to the Family Head, via the Jumeirah One Website – www.jumeirah-one.com , the following details of participating Family Members:
    • First Name and Last Name
    • Active Family Member Since Date
    • Total Jumeirah One Points Contribution
    • Total Family Points Contributed
    • Account Summary – Date of Transaction, Number of Points Contributed
  • A Family Head cannot remove themselves from the Jumeirah One Family Account  nor nominate a replacement Family Head. A Family Head does have the option to close the Jumeirah One Family Account, where any Jumeirah One Points contributed by Family Members will remain within the Family Head’s individual Jumeirah One account.
  • Only the Family Head can close the Family Account, where all Family Members associated with that Jumeirah One Family Account will automatically be removed from the Family Account.
  • It is the responsibility of the Family Head to notify all the Family Members before removing Family Members or closing the Jumeirah One Family Account.  
  • In case of any promotion, communication or dispute related to a Jumeirah One Family Account, the profile of the Family Head will be used i.e. Country of Residence, Tier, etc

7.4. The Family Member(s)

  • The Family Member(s) will receive a Family Account invitation to their registered email address.  The Family Member will have to click on the relevant link within the Family Account Invitation and log in to the Jumeirah One Website - www.jumeirah-one.com - to accept the Family Account invitation and become a part of the Jumeirah One Family Account.
  • At the time of joining the Jumeirah One Family Account the Family Member will be asked to choose a personal contribution percentage (minimum of 10%).  This contribution percentage determines the amount of Jumeirah One Points the Family Member earns in the future that will automatically be contributed to the Family Account. The remaining Jumeirah One Points balance (percentage that is not contributed) will remain in the Family Member’s individual Jumeirah One account.
  • The contribution percentage can be changed at any time by the Family Member by logging into their Jumeirah One account on the Jumeirah One Website – www.jumeirah-one.com.
  • Family Member(s) can continue to earn Jumeirah One Points directly to their own account based on the contribution percentage set.  For example, if the Family Member sets their contribution percentage at 50%, then 50% of all future Jumeirah One Points earned will go to their own Jumeirah One account and 50% to the Family Head’s Jumeirah One account.
  • The minimum Points contribution can be is 10%, Members may only choose contribution 10% and higher.
  • Jumeirah One will make visible to the Family Member via the Jumeirah One Website – www.jumeirah-one.com,  the following details only relating to the Family Member’s participation in the Family Account:
    • First Name and Last Name of the Family Head
    • The Family Member’s own:
      • Total Points Contribution to the Family Account
      • Contribution percentage to the Family Account
      • Individual Family Account Contribution Transactions - Transaction Date, Transaction Name, Points Contribution
  • The Family Head and Family Members will earn Base and Tier Points in their own individual Jumeirah One membership accounts based on their own individual Jumeirah One Membership Tier Level.
  • Jumeirah One Points, once contributed to the Jumeirah One Family Account, cannot be transferred back to the Family Member’s individual account.
  • By joining a Jumeirah One Family Account, Family Members are agreeing to give their consent and authority to the Family Head to redeem Jumeirah One Points contributed via the Family Account without their prior acknowledgement.
  • Jumeirah One Points will be credited to an individual Family Member’s Jumeirah One Account and the associated Jumeirah One Family Account based on the percentage contribution set by the Family Member.
  • Retroactive Jumeirah One Points claims will apply the contribution percentage set at the time of the claim being made.
  • A Family Member may leave the Jumeirah One Family Account at any time by selecting the ‘Leave Family Account’ option via the Jumeirah One Website - www.jumeirah-one.com. Should a Member do so:
    • All Points already contributed via the Family Account will remain in the Family Head’s Jumeirah One account;
    • The Family Member leaves with their own individual Jumeirah One Points balance;
    • Family Members cannot be a part of another Family Account for another three (3) month period;
    • Points already contributed to the Family Account cannot be reimbursed nor compensated.
  • A Member may only be a Family Member of one (1) Jumeirah One Family Account at any given time.
  • It is the responsibility of the Family Member to notify the Family Head when leaving the Family Account.
  • Family Members may continue to use their same Jumeirah One membership number after leaving the Jumeirah One Family Account.  Any new Jumeirah One Points earned by the Member following their departure from the Family Account will not be contributed into the former Jumeirah One Family Account.
